1.General

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all mydees members (who use mydees website or mobile application to place order or to enjoy mydees rewards system that developed and own by DEE SENG FASHION TRADING S/B).

BY DOWNLOADING THIS MOBILE APPLICATION OR USE OF MYDEES.COM WEDSITE, YOU AGREE TO FULLY COMPLY AND BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT HEREIN. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTOOD ALL THE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY BEFORE PLACING ORDER AND USE OF MYDEES MOBILE APPLICATION. YOU ACKNOWLEGDE AND AGREE TO THESE. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, do not access, download, copy or use the application.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy Exchange Policy from time to time without prior notice to you.

2.Product’s information and description

All prices displayed here are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and does not include a delivery charge. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for more details about the shipping fee.

Occasionally there may be information in here that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies that may relate to the product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and inaccuracies and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in here is inaccurate or the stock is unavailable at any time without prior notice to you (Including after you have submitted your order)

3.Colours and measurements

We are trying our best to accurately display the attributes of our products in here. The actual colors that you see will depend on your device, ambient lighting and others factor that beyond our controls, and may not accurately reflect the color of the product.

The product’s measurements given in here are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific product, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the product you receive. The final measurements of the product may vary depending on the material used in its production.

4.Rewards system 

       I.         All mydees members will be entitled to collect the points or stamps in our mobile application with any purchased of RM60 and above in a single receipt. (Promotion item with discount 40% or above are excluded) 

·         5 times purchased up to RM60 will be entitled a RM20 cash voucher online.

·         2 times purchased up to RM100 will be entitled a RM20 cash voucher online.

·         1 time purchased up to RM300 will be entitled a RM40 cash voucher online.

ü  Voucher will only calculate upon the order status updated to COMPLETE if purchased online.

ü  Voucher will only calculate for customer purchased in shop each time after the customer scan the QR code that shows in the purchased receipt. The QR code in that receipt can scan one time only and the QR code will be expired in a month start from the purchase date. We are not responsible for any expired QR code. 

     II.          All mydees members will entitled to enjoy a BIRTHDAY REWADRS (BUY ONE FREE ONE voucher online) during their birthday month with purchase of RM300 and above during the year.

    III.          All members are responsible for notification on their change of personal information to us. We are not responsible for any loss of benefit, privileges, or results related to the point and stamps due to any discrepancy in member’s information.

    IV.          We reserve the right to alter and amend the Terms and Conditions of rewards system including any or all of the benefits, or to terminate it at any time without any prior notice.

    V.          We will not be responsible for any unauthorized use of lost or stolen Rewards. We reserve the right to terminate the account or cancel the rewards if system detected any suspicious account and is not obligated to make compensate to any party.

   VI.         Mydees mobile application rewards system is strictly non-transferable to other individual or party. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the membership of that account if there are doubts to the membership account without any prior notice.

 VII.         Participant of outlet for the rewards system and use of cash voucher as below:

·         JOHOR – SUTERA MALL, TOPPEN JB, AEON KULAI, TESCO KULAI,

·         PONTIAN, BATU PAHAT MALL, TAMAN FLORA BATU PAHAT.

·         DATARAN PAHLAWAN MELAKA MEGAMALL, AEON MALL BANDARAYA MELAKA.

·         SABAH – IMAGO SHOPPING MALL

·         CENTRAL REGION – THE MINES SHOPPING MALL, IOI MALL PUCHONG,

·         ECO CHERAS MALL, SUNWAY VELOCITY MALL

·         PERAK – IPOH PARADE, AEON MALL SERI MANJUNG 

5.Use of cash voucher & e-voucher

          I.         All the vouchers will be expired after 3 months start from the date of the  voucher when scan to the app. We will not be responsible for any expired voucher.

        II.         Customer are required to present Mydees App voucher upon purchase in shop.

      III.         All the cash voucher is not exchangeable for cash.

      IV.         IMPORTANT: Do not click REDEEM NOW before you use the voucher. Only our sales

Advisor can click the REDEEM button to use the cash voucher for discount in your purchase at our participant outlet.

        V.         We will not be able to provide a replacement cash Voucher if you redeem the voucher

by you owns mistake either is to use or not to use.

      VI.         Birthday voucher <BUY ONE FREE ONE> will only show during your birthday month after you have purchased RM300 in the year, only can redeem once. This voucher is to buy the Highest price item and free the second highest price item from the bill. 

    VII.         Customer are required to present their identity card or driving license to prove their birthday to redeem or enjoy the Buy One Free One birthday promotion in shop or online purchase. We reserve the right to cancel the rewards or terminate the account if there are doubts or false information from the customer.

  VIII.      Birthday Rewards are not entitled to use together with other rewards.

6. Your Account

         I.        Members must be 18 years old of age to become a registered user of Mydees Mobile.

       II.        On registration at Mydees website or mobile application, you will have a birthday date, username and password for your account. You are responsible for ensuring your account, birthday date, username and password remain confidential, current, complete and accurate. You are responsible for all the activities that occur under your account, username and password.

     III.         If you access and use Mydees mobile application or Mydees website on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to these terms and conditions. To the extent that you do not have such authority, you agree to be bound by these TERMS and CONDITIONS also.

    IV.         We reserve the right to terminate your account without prior notice if these Terms and Conditions are violated or we decide in our sole discretion to do so.

7. Ownership or rights

         I.         All intellectual property rights, such as photo, trademark and copyright at Mydees.com

Or mydees mobile application are owned by DEE SENG FASHION TRADING SDN BHD. Any use of these contents without our permission is prohibited.

       II.         In case or legal dispute, the decision of DEE SENG FASHION TRADING SDN BHD shall remain final.

 THIS APPS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SUPPORT IN ALL MOBILE PHONE OR IT MAY UNABLE OPERATED COMPLETELY IN CERTAIN MOBILE PHONE.
